Why they’re used together (mechanistically)
 

• CJC-1295 (no DAC) → analog of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH)

stimulates the pituitary to initiate a GH pulse.

• Ipamorelin → ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist amplifies GH release via a different pathway.

• You get a synergistic GH pulse that more closely mimics natural physiology than either alone.

•The reason people use CJC-1295 (no DAC) + ipamorelin is to create controlled GH pulses, mimic natural physiology and avoid the drawbacks of continuous GH elevation.

• But translating that into actual dosing, timing, and cycling should be done by a qualified clinician, ideally with baseline bloodwork (IGF-1, fasting glucose, HbA1c, lipids) and ongoing monitoring.

 

DIRECTIONS

• Administer 1-2 times daily either morning (upon rising) or just before bed to simulate natural growth hormone pulses.
