HYDROTRUTIDE 30MG
Pre-Filled 3ml pen 30mg Retatrutide GLP-1/GIP/GLUCAGON

DIRECTIONS
• Administer once every week on the same day, regardless of the time or whether it’s taken with food.
• Do not exceed the recommended maximum dose of 10mg per week.
• The scheduled day for weekly dosing may be changed if needed, provided there is a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) between doses.
• If a dose is missed, it should be taken as soon as possible within 5 days. If more than 5 days have passed, skip the missed dose and continue with the next dose on the usual weekly day.
• Protect from direct sunlight and store in refrigeration.
BENEFITS
Metabolic & Weight Loss Benefits
• Rapid fat loss: Clinical trials show 20–24% total body weight reduction over ~48–72 weeks — superior to semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound).
• Targets visceral fat: More pronounced reduction in abdominal and liver fat.
• Boosts metabolic rate: The glucagon receptor activity helps maintain resting energy expenditure, preventing the “metabolic slowdown” seen with other GIP-1 drugs.
• Improved insulin sensitivity: Enhances glucose uptake and reduces insulin resistance.
• Reduces appetite and cravings: Strong appetite suppression due to
GLP-1/GIP signalling in the brain’s satiety centres.
Cardiovascular & Metabolic Health
• Lowers blood sugar and HbA1c: Strong anti-diabetic effects comparable to semaglutide or tirzepatide.
• Reduces triglycerides and LDL cholesterol: Improves lipid profile significantly.
• Lowers blood pressure: Both through weight loss and improved vascular tone.
• Reduces inflammation markers (CRP, IL-6): Helps protect against metabolic syndrome.
Body Composition & Muscle Preservation
• Less lean mass loss: Unlike some GLP-1 agonists, Retatrutide helps
preserve muscle tissue thanks to glucagon’s mild anabolic effect.
• Better body recomposition: Users report a leaner, more defined look due to greater fat-to-muscle ratio improvement.
• Synergy with resistance training or HGH: When combined with exercise or peptides like HGH or IGF-1 analogs, fat loss accelerates while muscle retention improves.
Cognitive & Energy Effects
• Stabilizes mood and reduces “food noise”: Calmer mental relationship with food.
• Improved mental clarity: Users often report sharper focus due to stabilized glucose.
• More stable energy levels: No sugar highs or crashes.
Mechanistic Summary
• GLP-1 receptor agonism: Suppresses appetite, delays gastric emptying, enhances insulin.
• GIP receptor agonism: Enhances insulin secretion and supports fat metabolism.
• Glucagon receptor agonism: Boosts fat oxidation and energy expenditure.
Other Emerging Benefits
• May reduce fatty liver (NAFLD/NASH) by improving hepatic fat metabolism.
• Possible anti-aging effects through improved mitochondrial efficiency and lower inflammation.
• Early data suggests improved fertility and hormone balance in obese individuals due to normalized metabolic signalling.
